How I support professionals.

Supporting people can be demanding work. Whether you’re a counsellor looking for supervision, a professional needing space to reflect, or an organisation wanting to better understand its people and culture, it can help to have someone outside the day-to-day to think things through with.

I offer therapeutic supervision, consultancy, and training and development for counsellors, schools, workplaces and organisations. My work is grounded in psychology, trauma informed practice and real-world experience, with a focus on creating healthier, safer and more human ways of working.

This isn’t about adding another box to tick. It’s about stepping back, looking beneath the surface and turning understanding into meaningful, practical change.

Ways we can work together.

Clinical Supervision

Therapeutic supervision offers a space to step back from the work, reflect openly and make sense of what may be happening beneath the surface.

I offer supportive, collaborative supervision for counsellors and helping professionals, with a focus on reflective practice, professional development and the relationship between you, your work and the people you support.

Private Practice Consultancy

Practical consultancy for counsellors and private practice owners who want to develop their business, strengthen how they work or get clearer about what comes next.

Together, we can look at areas such as positioning, services, client experience, ways of working and future direction, with support from someone who understands both the therapeutic and business sides of private practice.

Training & Development

Becoming trauma informed is about more than understanding what trauma is. It is about recognising how trauma and stress can shape behaviour, relationships and the way people experience the environments around them.

I work with schools, organisations and professional teams to develop more trauma informed, psychologically safe and compassionate ways of working, with a focus on practical changes that make a meaningful difference.
