My approach to therapy.
Life can feel heavy, messy, or confusing at times. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about sitting together in that mess, making sense
I’m an integrative therapist, which means I draw on a range of approaches to suit each person.
My work is honest, direct, and grounded, no fluff, just real conversations to help you make sense of your feelings and move forward.
of it, and finding a way forward that feels a little lighter, a little clearer, and a little more you.
My approach is relational at its core, human to human, grounded in honesty, warmth, and real connection. I’m an integrative therapist, which means I draw from a range of psychological models and therapeutic approaches, but I don’t hide behind jargon or textbook language. Instead, I meet you as you are, and we figure things out together in a way that feels clear, practical, and genuinely supportive.
I work directly. If something needs naming, I’ll name it, kindly, respectfully, without sugarcoating or judgement. My aim isn’t to analyse you from a distance, but to sit alongside you, make sense of what’s happening in your internal world, and understand the patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that shape how you move through life.
Together, we explore what’s underneath the surface, the emotions you’ve had to carry alone, the strategies you’ve learned to survive, the expectations you’ve been trying to live up to. This isn’t about labelling you or telling you who you are. It’s about helping you understand your experiences through a psychological lens so you can respond to life with more clarity and less overwhelm.
My approach is practical as well as reflective. We look at what’s happening day-to-day; stress, relationships, work pressure, old habits, the stuff that weighs on you, and create ways of responding that feel grounded and manageable. Little shifts that build confidence, ease, and a sense of being more in your own life, not just pushing through it.
The work is about helping you feel more connected to yourself, more aware of what you need, and more able to move toward a life that feels meaningful, steady, and fulfilling. Not perfect. Not fixed. Just more you.

What I can support you with.

Feeling low, flat, or like nothing matters? Together we can explore what’s going on and find ways to lift some of the weight.
Stress
Life feeling relentless or overwhelming? I can help you create space to think clearly and manage pressure without burning out.
Trauma
Past experiences showing up in ways that disrupt your life? I offer a calm, grounded space to process and understand these patterns safely.
Men's Mental Health
Struggling to talk, cope, or just feel like yourself? I work with men to break down barriers, normalize the struggle, and build practical ways forward.
LGBTQ+
Facing unique pressures or feeling misunderstood? I provide a supportive, affirming space to explore identity, wellbeing, and relationships.
