Hi,
I'm Christian.
I’m an integrative counsellor with a real commitment to supporting men’s mental and emotional wellbeing. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, but the heart of the work is always shaped around you, what you’re carrying, what you need, and the pace that feels right.
My training in Advanced Psychology and Therapeutic Counselling gives the work a solid foundation, but it’s my own lived experience that really guides how I show up. The tougher seasons, the personal work, the moments I’ve been the one sitting in the chair, they’re what help me meet you with honesty, empathy, and as my genuine self.
I know the pressure men can feel to keep everything together. The expectations, the relationship challenges, the work stress, and the quiet heaviness that builds when you don’t have anywhere to put it. That’s why I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all in, a space where you can be real, vulnerable, and understood.
Our sessions will be grounded, steady, and human. Whether you’re managing everyday struggles or exploring deeper patterns, we’ll move through it together in a way that feels safe and manageable.
Alongside my client work, I support organisations who want to take workplace wellbeing seriously, not as a box-tick, but as part of the culture. I help teams understand the emotional realities people carry into work, and how simple shifts in awareness, communication, and leadership can make a meaningful difference.
I also work with educational settings and workplaces looking to become more trauma-informed. Through audits, training, and collaborative planning, I help staff build environments where people feel safer, more supported, and better understood. It’s about creating cultures that recognise the impact of stress and trauma, and respond with compassion rather than pressure.
